Planning Fees
All planning package sales (plan-to-travel fees) from ttctravels.com are final. Should you book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained to compensate for our time in consultation, research, pricing, and support before, during, and post travel. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking. We pride ourselves in providing the best service. If you are dissatisfied, we will work diligently to resolve any issues.
Quote Validity
Upon receipt of your quote you will have 7 days to make any adjustments or changes to the options we send you. Once 7 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee before we will continue with the planning process. The reinstatement fee reactivates the planning phase for an additional 3 days.
Destination Changes
Destination changes during or after research will incur a fee per change.
Changes to Active Bookings
Changes to active bookings will incur a post-booking fee per change. This includes but is not limited to cancellations.
